Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

Returns
We are happy to accept exchanges or returns of unworn and undamaged items in original condition within 30 days of the date of invoice/receiving your order. To submit a request for a refund/exchange, simply reach out to us as at shop@fizzybeez.com and we’ll respond within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
